After Dispatch:
Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Returns process.

Refund Process:

Raise a refund request by emailing us at support@vastravali.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, with images of the product and packaging.

After our team verifies the issue, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

If a return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup where available.

In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to ship the product back, and return shipping charges will be reimbursed as per our guidelines.
